With the help of Pati, Sam, Kayla, Shanaz, Koi, and Jesse, we worked out how to adjust and place everything to give us an idea on what we are join to do for the final take.

Here we were just mucking around making a whole bunch of sounds experimenting with the mic that turned into some random jam type session.

What worked was the mic
The mic stand (Shanaz1000zha-top of the line model)

What didn't work was I think it still didn't sound right
but it was still fun to play around
Sam's singing in the background, Shays almost front and centre, and Koi and I are just having fun :)

Experiment

Koi and I booked the moving image studio so we could experiment using low key lighting.

As we are collaborating, we both agreed that the lighting that we use was ideal for what we wanted

As we a both Cook Islanders, we decided to go with playing an Island song we both knew and it's such a great song

What was working was the lighting

What wasn't working was probably when we had audio difficulties, for example, as I was editing in premier, I didn't like the audio clip that we got from the shotgun mic, and just left the audio from the camera itself.When it comes to the final footage, if I don't like how the audio clip is with the mic, I'll leave the audio clip from the camera.

it was more dramatic and I thought they looked awesome.
